We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Production Technician to join our growing team and help create top-tier beauty products.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients according to batch formulas
• Operate & clean mixing, blending and filling equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in inventory control and material handling as needed What We're Looking For Success in this role comes from precision, consistency, and accountability. Ability to follow detailed batch sheets and work with precision Basic math and measurement skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
