Job Description

Seeking a Production Operator to join our team! We are a custom injection molding facility established in 1999 and located in Plymouth, MA. We pride ourselves in being innovative and responsive to our customers' needs, as well as fostering a family-like workplace atmosphere for our dedicated employees. We have a very high employee retention rate. The Production Operator at Pilgrim Innovative Plastics in Plymouth, MA operates injection molding manufacturing equipment used in the production of the company's products within prescribed specifications; performs related duties required in the manufacturing process as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operate production machines to produce parts in accordance with established standards and work instructions. Performs required material and product handling and inspection Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Education and Experience include:
High School Diploma or equivalent Manufacturing Experience Preferred On the job training will be provided
Work Schedule:
Part time, on call weekdays Part time position to start, may transition into Full Time if workload increases Skills include: Ability to learn basic operation of plastic manufacturing equipment Ability to read and comprehend work instructions Ability to perform documentation requirements Basic math skills
Physical Dexterity Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
