We are seeking experienced electromechanical assemblers on 2 nd shift. This is a temp to perm opportunity.

Temp-to-Hire Responsibilities Include:
Perform assembly tasks according to work order instructions Maintain quality standards and follow all production procedures Complete required work orders and time sheets daily Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Notify supervisors of incomplete or inaccurate work instructions Report equipment issues or production concerns promptly Follow all company safety policies and procedures Adhere to ERP procedures related to production assembly Support compliance with ITAR regulations and company quality standards Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently ERP system experience is a plus Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Additional Requirements:
Due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual

Pay Details:
