Shift Responsibilities:

Operate molding, mixing, pressing, and production equipment Monitor machines and production processes Follow production and safety procedures Inspect finished products for quality Load and unload materials as needed Complete production records and documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow work instructions and production schedules Work with team members to meet daily production requirements Working hours:

Previous manufacturing or production experience Experience operating presses, molding machines, mixers, or similar equipment Experience working with industrial machinery Previous experience with quality inspection Familiarity with production procedures and safety practices Mechanical or technical aptitude Previous experience working on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:
