With over 20 years of experience, we are known for providing high-quality products at competitive prices. We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Production Associate to support our production and packaging operations. This is an entry-level position focused on assisting with the filling, packaging, and preparation of dehydrated culture media for shipment. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety and quality standards at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area Operate basic production equipment and machinery as trained Fill, weigh, and cap containers according to specifications Apply customer labels accurately to finished products Package and prepare completed products for shipment Complete required production and quality documentation Assist with general production tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Basic math and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs as needed
