Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as the ability to work effectively on an assembly line. Duties Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate parts and perform assembly tasks. Operate machinery on the assembly line, ensuring efficient production flow. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety practices. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools. Experience working on an assembly line is a plus. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
