Event Production Assistant

Overview We are seeking a creative and hands-on Event Production Assistant to support our design and production team in bringing luxury events to life. This role involves assisting with event setup and styling, executing décor installations, and supporting behind-the-scenes production from prep to breakdown. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating elevated, visually impactful experiences. This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to ensure seamless event execution. Duties Assist with prepping décor, florals, and design elements for upcoming events Support the execution of event setups, including backdrops, tablescapes, floral installations, and specialty décor Work alongside the design team to bring mood boards and concepts to life on-site Assist with floral processing, arranging, and installation as needed Load and unload event materials, ensuring all items are handled with care Support on-site styling and final touches to ensure a polished, luxury finish Participate in event breakdowns, carefully packing and returning all items Maintain organization of inventory during and after events Assist in the warehouse with cleaning, organizing, and restocking décor items Follow design direction and production timelines to ensure efficient execution Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event flow and client satisfaction Be adaptable and ready to assist in various aspects of event production as needed Qualifications Prior experience in events, décor, production, hospitality, or a related field preferred required Strong attention to detail with an eye for design and aesthetics Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing for extended periods and working long/event-based hours Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Ability to follow direction while also taking initiative when needed Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed Strong organizational skills and ability to keep workspaces clean and efficient Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse and event sites Valid driver's license is a plus (especially for those assisting with deliveries) This role is an exciting stepping stone for anyone passionate about event production. Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
