This role offers a consistent shift schedule (Mon-Thu, 6pm-6am) with 12-hour overnight shifts and the chance to lead a team in a high-volume production environment. Responsibilities Direct operators and material handlers on the Prints floor and assign work to meet production targets Serve as the main point of contact between the team and the shift supervisor Troubleshoot workflow, staffing, and production issues as they come up Make sure the team follows safety, quality, dress code, and no-phones rules Train and support new workers during their first shifts What we offer Structured Scheduling - Commit to full-time shifts with reliable hours and consistent schedules.
