Packaging Lead

RAR Brewing is looking for a Full-Time Packaging Lead to be responsible for managing the packaging process for our production operations.

Responsibilities:

Operate can line and all related packaging equipment Follow production schedules and BOMs to ensure correct materials and formats Perform machine sanitation (CIP) and bright tank cleaning (if applicable) Execute format and size changes with support as needed Program and verify accurate product coding Perform routine quality checks and maintain detailed records Support and help train less experienced team members Collaborate with teammates to meet shift production goals Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate when necessary Participate in continuous learning and skill development Assist with manual tasks, including pallet stacking when needed Skills and Abilities High School Diploma or GED Proven experience operating Wild Goose canning lines or related equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Detail-oriented with excellent sanitation and documentation practices Professional, dependable, and honest Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for long periods of time Ability to bend, kneel, reach, twist, stoop, and climb ladders Ability to lift 60 pounds without assistance Ability to push, pull, move objects up to 160 pounds Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills Strong communication skills both written and verbal Compensation Hourly pay rate (based on experience) for first 90-Days, with ability to move to salary pending performance review Starting annual salary between $40,000-$55,000 Paid Time Off Employer Sponsored 401k 100% Employer Funded Health Insurance Access to Dental, Vision, Accident, and Life Insurances Daily Lunch Included Relocation assistance available based on candidate's experience
