The ideal candidate is a great printer and troubleshooter first. Experience with file preparation and production software is a plus, but advanced design skills are not required. Responsibilities Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot large-format printers; Mutoh experience preferred. Diagnose issues such as banding, media feeding, ink flow, and print quality. Prepare and manage print files using Onyx RIP, Adobe Illustrator, and related software. Ensure color accuracy, print quality, and production deadlines are met. Assist with finishing, including trimming, laminating, and mounting to substrates. Occasionally assist with local installations and other production needs. Work with the production team to improve workflow, quality, and efficiency. Qualifications 2+ years of large-format printing or graphics production experience preferred. Strong printer operation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with Mutoh, Epson, HP, Roland, or Mimaki printers is a plus. Onyx RIP experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Reliable, hands-on, and willing to take on a variety of production responsibilities. $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
