Set Schedule :
Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 5:15 AM ✅
Starting Pay:
$22.00/hr + $1.00/hr Shift Differential ✅ Monthly Bonus Eligibility ✅ Annual Merit Increases ✅ Pay-for-Skill Advancement Program ✅ Comprehensive Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance) ✅ Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave ✅ Outstanding Safety Culture ✅ Convenient Havre de Grace Location ✅ Over 40 Years of Stability and Growth What You'll Do Monitor and operate production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor maintenance Conduct equipment changeovers and product setups Perform quality inspections and maintain production standards Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment Work independently and collaboratively to support production goals What We're Looking For ✔ 18 years of age or older ✔ Ability to work 12-hour shifts ✔ Forklift experience preferred ✔ Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools ✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to understand automated equipment and computer interfaces ✔ Reliable, organized, and safety-focused mindset ✔ Manufacturing or high-speed packaging experience is a plus Our Culture Makes the Difference We believe success happens when everyone contributes and grows together.
