Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Night Shift Supervisor to oversee our evening embroidery operations and ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong technical embroidery knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to support and train team members in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the embroidery team during the night shift to meet daily production goals. Set up and operate Tajima embroidery machines , including loading designs, selecting proper materials, and troubleshooting production issues. Utilize Pulse embroidery software to prepare, edit, and manage embroidery files. Review production schedules and ensure jobs are set up correctly and completed on time. Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to customer specifications. Train and coach embroidery team members on equipment operation, production standards, and best practices. Communicate effectively with production leadership and other departments regarding job status, issues, and priorities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment. Assist with resolving machine, thread, garment, and design-related issues as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous professional embroidery experience required. Hands-on experience with Tajima embroidery machines required. Knowledge and experience using Pulse embroidery software preferred. Strong understanding of embroidery setup, production processes, and quality standards. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and manage priorities during the night shift. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Night Shift (Monday-Friday)
Hours:
4:00pm -
Midnight Preferred Experience:
Experience supervising or leading an embroidery production team. Experience in a high-volume contract embroidery or branded merchandise environment. $21.00 per hour
