Job Description

Production Worker/Machine Operator - Bottling Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Production Worker/Machine Operator to join our bottling team. In this role, you will accurately interpret job instructions, support efficient production line operations, and ensure that all bottled products meet quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and the flexibility to perform additional tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities Accurately read, interpret, and follow job instructions. Load materials and operate the bottling production line to maintain consistent product flow. Monitor production line performance and troubleshoot basic issues to ensure smooth operations. Identify, remove, document, and report defective materials or products. Label, package, and palletize finished goods for storage or shipment. Complete required documentation through both paper forms and computer entry. Monitor material levels and restock or resupply the line as needed. Initiate timely restocking notifications to prevent production delays. Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Perform additional duties and work extended hours as required. Essential Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or machine operation. Experience working on a bottling line is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in general production and packaging processes. Additional Qualifications Experience as a production line worker, picker/packer, or machine operator. Familiarity with bottling operations and manufacturing best practices. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Why Join Us? Our facility supports nearly 600 test‑kit configurations , including wet‑chemistry, dry‑chemistry, and microprocessor‑based instruments. You will work in a dynamic production environment with approximately 75 team members .

2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparks, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
