Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker specializing in weaving operations to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating weaving machinery, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will contribute directly to the creation of high-quality woven products, supporting our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Duties Operate weaving machines and related equipment with precision, adhering to safety protocols and production standards Interpret manufacturing documents, technical drawings, and process instructions to ensure accurate production workflows Use measuring instruments and hand tools to inspect materials, verify dimensions, and maintain quality control throughout the weaving process Manage manual handling tasks, including lifting and material movement, in accordance with safety standards Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform basic mechanical assembly as needed Follow lean manufacturing principles to identify process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation to track output and ensure compliance with quality standards Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience, preferably within a textile or woven product environment Hands-on experience operating industrial machinery such as looms or weaving equipment Experience with forklift operation is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided for qualified candidate Join our team to become a vital part of a manufacturing environment where your skills will help produce top-quality woven products.
