Custom Hat Maker of Premium Leather Patch Headwear At C. Richard's, we are seeking some hard-working talent to join the team. As a small leather working company in the historic Hill Mill in Lewiston, we specialize in premium custom leather patch headwear. We are proud to customize and stitch everything in house, and take pride in every product we make here is Lewiston, Maine! Depending on the applicant's skill, they might be placed on a variety of processes throughout our production line, such as die cutting, lasers, glue stations, stitching, packing, etc. C. Richard's is unique in that we follow a hybridized approach allowing our team members to learn multiple skills and machines to keep the work day interesting, and help keep the process flowing smoothly. Some past experience in manufacturing, production, or a related trade is preferred, but it's not required — we're happy to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
