Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in embroidering apparel and a strong eye for detail. This position requires the ability to accurately read and interpret artwork, hoop and set up machines, fix tension issues, and communicate embroidery design issues. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while contributing to the creation of premium, custom-embellished apparel. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the embroidery team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality production of embroidered products Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial embroidery sewing machines with precision and care Review design specifications and prepare embroidery files for machine setup, ensuring alignment with customer requirements Oversee garment construction processes related to embroidery, including fabric handling and stabilization techniques. Cutting backing, trimming, folding garments, getting ready for shipment Conduct quality control inspections throughout production to detect defects or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory of embroidery supplies, threads, stabilizers, and garments Supporting other areas of production as needed, including assisting with screen print, packing, or general shop tasks in a team-oriented environment Qualifications Proven experience in garment construction and sewing machine operation within a manufacturing or textile environment Strong knowledge of embroidery techniques, design software, and machine troubleshooting Demonstrated leadership skills Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory management related to textiles and embroidery supplies Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance throughout production processes Ability to thrive in a high‑pace production environment Why work for us Competitive pay with growth potential Consistent daytime schedule Early Friday options during slower periods Team‑oriented, production‑focused environment
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
