The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. Innovating improved nutritional profiles, better taste and texture, and greater cost efficiency to meet the needs of global food and beverage manufacturers.​ The role is based on Rockland, ME (On- site role ). Where You'll Make a Difference Operate and monitor extraction line equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. Adjust machine settings and process controls to meet production requirements and quality standards. Perform routine inspections of equipment, raw materials, and finished products to maintain operational excellence. Identify, troubleshoot, and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns. Complete production records, operational logs, and system documentation accurately and timely. Support preventive maintenance activities and assist with basic equipment troubleshooting. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to achieve production goals. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment through effective housekeeping practices. What Makes You the Right Fit High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment operation. Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, procedures, and production documentation. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Ability to work in manufacturing environments with noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime when business needs require. Current and valid driver's license required. How You Would Stand Out Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. Experience operating extraction line equipment or similar processing systems.
