Entry-Level Production Worker | Aerospace Manufacturing Biddeford, ME | 1st & 2nd Shift | $20-$22/hr + Benefits What You'll Do As a Production Worker, you'll play an important role in creating precision products by: Assembling and hand-weaving specialized components Following detailed work instructions and production procedures Using basic hand tools and manufacturing equipment Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met Packaging products for shipment Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace Working with team members to meet production goals What We're Looking For We're seeking reliable, motivated individuals who: Have manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or general labor experience (preferred, but not required) Pay close attention to detail and take pride in quality work Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Can stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Work well independently and as part of a team Are open to working either 1st or 2nd shift Why Join This Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
