Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembly Lead to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a team-based manufacturing cell. The role involves detailed assembly, inspection, testing, and operation of various equipment and machinery in accordance with documented procedures and quality standards. Depending on the assigned work area, responsibilities may include electronic assembly, casting/coating, mechanical assembly, packaging, and working in a controlled cleanroom environment. Responsibilities Assemble cardiovascular medical devices and related components according to documented procedures and work in a controlled clean room environment. Perform detailed assembly using microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering equipment, adhesives, and other specialized tools. Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and effectively. Perform electronic assembly, casting/coating, mechanical assembly, and packaging functions as assigned. Conduct visual inspections and precision measurements of components and finished assemblies. Perform product testing using computerized test equipment. Repair and correct devices or components using microscopes and applicable tools. Package finished medical devices, ensuring all components are accurate and required documentation is complete. Maintain accurate travelers, shop floor paperwork, quality records, and other production documentation. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of relevant work experience Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures in English at approximately a 6th-grade reading level. Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow verbal instructions. Basic computer skills and the ability to use electronic data collection systems and software applications. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle and maneuver small components and parts. Schedule 1st
Shift:
5:00 AM-5:00 PM Rotating 12-hour shift schedule Hours worked over 40 per week are paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate Collaborative LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
