Job Duties:
As a Production Specialist, your role involves: + Sorting, inspecting, and stocking donated items. + Pricing items and putting them on the sales floor. + Prioritize safety and follow Agency safety policies. + Collaborate with supervisors to meet individual production goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Possess basic mathematical and literacy skills necessary for the job. + Be open to working a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. + Successfully pass a criminal background check that meets Agency standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent qualification. + Previous experience or certification in light manufacturing, processing, or warehouse work is a plus. + Prior experience in thrift or used goods processing is a plus. Qualifications Skills Required +
