What You'll Do Assemble industrial casters and wheels to print with a high level of accuracy Use hand tools and power tools to complete mechanical assembly Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Keep work moving—complete jobs efficiently and transition to the next Identify and solve problems during assembly (and ask questions when needed) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Work with your team to improve processes and get better every day Who This Is For This role is a great fit if you: Come from a hands-on background (farm, automotive, trades, or manufacturing) Are comfortable using tools and working on your feet Like to stay busy and work at a steady, productive pace Take pride in doing things right—not just getting them done Can read (or are willing to learn to read) blueprints Are a problem solver , not someone who waits to be told every step Understand that meeting customer deadlines matters
