We are seeking Assembly Operators to work on small automotive parts. This position involves assembling small parts by hand or loading parts into machines. The work is repetitive, and parts weigh 3-5 pounds. This role offers a great entry point into manufacturing with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble small automotive parts by hand or load parts into machines Ensure quality and accuracy of assembly in a fast-paced environment (cycle time per part is roughly 12 seconds) Maintain a consistent workflow and meet production goals Follow safety protocols and regulations on the floor (e.g., no earbuds, phones)
Requirements:
No manufacturing experience required Closed-toe shoes required (no steel-toes necessary) Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday ( rare weekday OT. Mostly 40-hour weeks) 1st: 5 AM
  • 1:30 PM
  • $15/hr 2nd: 3 PM
  • 11:30 PM
  • $15/hr 30-minute lunch and 10-minute break each shift
