Starting Pay:

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press equipment according to production requirements. Install tooling, dies, and other machine components as needed. Monitor machine performance, adjusting speed, pressure, and settings to maintain quality production. Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Complete routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Accurately record production data, material usage, and downtime. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to read work instructions and production documents. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
