Positions available on all three shifts in Brighton, Michigan. These are potential temporary to hire positions. 1st shift molding, $17.50/hr., Mon-Fri, 6:30am to 3:00pm. OT would be on Saturdays, two a month. 2nd shift molding, $18.50/hr., Mon-Fri, 2:30pm to 11:00pm, OT would be on Saturdays, two a month. 3rd shift molding, $18.50/hr., Sun-Thur, 10:30pm to 7:00am, OT would be on Fridays, two a month. Duties for the production operator positions:

• Operate metalworking equipment, including presses, punch presses, trim presses, brake presses, riveters, grinders, and mold presses.
• Use hand tools to drill, grind, cut, assemble, and process products to specifications.
• Produce quality products safely and efficiently while meeting production standards.
• Perform routine quality checks and promptly report quality, safety, and production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Accurately record and report daily production.
• Work effectively as part of a team and participate in required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Apply now! Qualifications & requirements for the production operator positions:
• Machine operation experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and good hand skills required.
• Ability to read and follow basic written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to train for two days on 1st shift
• Must have steel toe boots or shoes
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and meet the physical requirements of the position.
