Hutchinson Location:

Cadillac, MI Hutchinson is currently hiring Production Associates for all shifts at our Cadillac, MI facility. If you're looking for a stable manufacturing position with a great team environment, we want to hear from you. Pay Rate $17.50 per hour Available Shifts 1st

Shift:

7:00 AM•3:00 PM 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM•11:00 PM 3rd

Shift:

11:00 PM•7:00 AM Job Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery safely Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards Monitor production processes and identify defects Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions Meet production and quality goals Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team #nowhiring Manufacturin experience preferred, but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift throughout shift. Monitor production process for defects, follow all company safety procedures. Maintain clean and organized work area.
