Job Summary Start immediately! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team on the third shift. Hours are Sunday through Thursday 11:30PM to 7:30AM. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly and production processes, ensuring that products meet quality standards and safety protocols. Your energy and commitment will help drive efficiency in a fast-paced factory environment, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality products. Duties Operate machinery and equipment safely, adhering to all safety standards and protocols Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to assemble components accurately Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments and ensure products meet specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions Stand for 8 to 10 hours in a fast pace environment Bending, twisting, and climbing stairs required Skills Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a focus on assembly line operations Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, with proper technique Technical proficiency in using measuring instruments and power tools for mechanical assembly Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join our team and be part of a vibrant manufacturing environment where your skills make a difference!
