•6:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday Paid breaks are provided, including a 15-minute break and 20-minute lunch. Overtime may be required based on production needs. Job Responsibilities As a Production Associate, you will: Operate and monitor production and assembly equipment Load materials and inspect finished parts for quality Perform basic equipment checks and report issues Maintain a clean and safe work area Work with team members to meet daily production goals Requirements Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to work the assigned shift Steel toe footwear and safety glasses required Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
