Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

$16.50 to $17.50 an hour depending on shift
Shift:
1st
  • 8 am to 4 pm 2nd
  • 4 pm to 12 am 3rd
  • 10 pm
  • 8 am (Sunday night start)
  • OT is scheduled prior to start time and can be heavy, including Saturdays What's the Job?
Open positions are
Assembly, Material Handling, Robotic Welding Assembler:
Assembly products according to work orders and blueprints at individual workstations Hand and power tool operation, tape measure reading
Material Handler:
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed Receive, store, and distribute materials to production departments Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP systems and perform cycle counts
Welding Robot Operator:
Set up and operate robotic welding equipment Read blueprints and perform quality inspections using measuring tools What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required Basic math skills required Ability to accurately read a tape measure required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools preferred What's in it for me?
