Manufacturing Full Job Description Compensation:

Strating pay is $15.00 per hour, with a performance review after 90 days. Eligibility for production bonus program after 90 days (currently avegaging an additional $2.50 per hour). We are a small business specializing in custom grinding wheels, and are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our electoplating department. Our shop offers a relaxed atmosphere with a small friendly team. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and work well with their hands. While a background in manufacturing or a mechanical inclination is a plus, it is required for those eager to learn. Please note that while most tasks are physically manageable, the role occasionally require heavy lifting of items between 20 and 50 lbs.

4-5 hour shift, starting at noon. Monday to Friday (see above for hours) Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay - eligible for Production Bonus after 90 days. Bonus is variable, depending upon Volume, but currently running approximately $2.50 per hour.
