Hours:

1st shift 6am-2:30pm Duties Operate industrial sewing machines (single-needle, double-needle, specialty) Read work orders, drawings, and sewing instructions Measure, cut, align, and assemble materials accurately Perform quality inspections for seam strength and accuracy Adjust machine settings (stitch, tension, speed) Identify defects and perform basic machine maintenance Maintain production output while meeting safety and quality standards Follow PPE and 5S standards; keep work area clean and organized Collaborate with team to meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years industrial sewing experience Experience with vinyl or similar materials preferred Knowledge of double-needle/overlock machines (Juki a plus) Strong measuring skills (tape measure, ruler) Detail-oriented with good time management Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed Candidates who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute their technical skills are encouraged to apply.
