Job Description
DIGITAL PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Production Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) in a fast-paced legal support environment. The ideal candidate thrives on accuracy, multitasking, and supporting team operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce transcripts in both electronic and hard copy formats (including RAW and Real Legend)
- Prepare deposition summaries
- Scan and electronically mark exhibits
- Track and coordinate court reporters
- Ensure court reporters follow established procedures and protocols
- Send Zoom links and assist in monitoring videoconferences
- Verify and submit job sheets and vendor invoices for billing
- Support court reporters by tracking transcripts and assisting with access issues (including RAW files)
- Perform additional administrative and production duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Legal experience or knowledge is preferred, but not required We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
