Job Description

Job Overview WSC Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role supporting production operations, equipment use, and quality processes in a fast-paced, team environment. 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Thursday | 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM Responsibilities Follow standard procedures to support production processes Operate tools and equipment as trained Inspect components and record work order information Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards Support team productivity and quality goals Cross-train and assist other departments as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team Strong attention to safety and detail Willingness to learn and grow in a production environment Physical Requirements Lift 30-50 lbs regularly Stand/walk for 8-12 hour shifts Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movement Push/pull carts or pallet jacks Work in varying warehouse or production temperatures Why Work with WSC Staffing Weekly pay On-the-job training Supportive team environment Apply today to start your career in manufacturing!
