Bilingual Production Team Lead (English & Spanish Required)
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
About Partify:
We are Partify Inc, North America's leading painted to match auto body parts manufacturing company. We are looking for enthusiastic, positive, and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Bilingual Production Team Lead at our warehouse in Fraser, MI!
Important:
This position requires bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish . The successful candidate must be able to speak, read, and understand both languages to effectively lead, train, and communicate with team members and supervisors in the production environment.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, day shift only. No evening shift, no weekend shift, and no night shift.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour, paid weekly. Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Lead daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. Supervise, train, and support production associates to maintain strong performance and workflow. Prepare automotive body parts for production by sanding, polishing, and cleaning surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion. Mix and prepare paint materials according to company procedures and quality standards. Apply paint coatings to automotive parts using approved equipment and techniques. Inspect parts during and after the painting process to ensure quality, finish consistency, and defect prevention. Assign tasks and coordinate team activities to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Carefully package finished parts to prevent damage during storage and shipping. Safely and efficiently lift, move, and handle parts and materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory within the warehouse and production areas. Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish with coworkers, supervisors, and team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company safety standards. Ensure all team members follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality control guidelines. Monitor team performance and report productivity, attendance, or quality concerns to management. Immediately report any equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns. Support other production and warehouse tasks as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency.
