Production Associate - Flex role (Full-time)

$18/hour starting pay | Growth-oriented role Looking for a hands-on role with variety? Come join Clearbrooke as our floating Production Associate. This is a full-time flex position supporting production, batching, inventory, receiving, and other warehouse operations where needed. Training is provided; after 90 days, we offer opportunities for incremental pay increases (up to $20/hour) through ongoing training and skill-based progression; we invest in team members who take pride in showing up, learning, and contributing to a growing business. Workday ends at 6pm. Role responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lifting and loading boxes of bottles into production machinery Removing finished products from the production line and packing out Assisting with machine setup and adjustments Batching of formulated products Pallet wrapping Receiving product Assisting with inventory This role is best suited for individuals who are: Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, repetitive tasks) Able to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job right the first time Interested in learning and growing within a company long-term, not just passing through
