Manufacturing Associate I - 1st Shift - $15+/hr. - Grayling, MI

PMP Personnel Services is partnered with a Wood Manufacturing client in Grayling who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for a Manufacturing Associate Level 1 career who are ready to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be able to process wood, and more.

Job Duties:

Unload & feed wood processing equipment Learn, assist, and perform basic wood machine operations. Perform various quality checks to ensure a premium finished product Multi wood processing operations: Planning, molding, ripping, chopping, sanding, gluing, etc.

Requirements:

Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent. Apply basic math skills including multiplication, division, subtraction, addition, and fractions. Understand and effectively use the standard American ruler. Effectively communicate with co-workers and internal customers. Read, analyze, and interpret work orders. Must be willing to be crossed-trained.
