Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, which will align successfully in the organization.

Hour Shift:

M-TH 6am-4:30pm with OT Shifts on Fri and Sat when needed What's the Job? Manufacture parts per specifications and work instructions. Maintain the "Order, Organization, Cleanliness" of the factory. Maintain accurate paperwork. Follow all documented standard operating procedures. Monitor, report issues, and suggest improvements on equipment and tooling. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent. Capable of reading technical drawings and using a tape measure properly. Proficient in the use of computers. Must possess attention to detail, follow through, and accuracy of tasks. Able to operate an 8,000 pounds capacity forklift and lift 50 pounds. What's in it for me? Sign on bonus opportunity for all new, full-time associates is now $1,500 (less applicable taxes) and will be paid in the following tiers: $250 after 30 days, $425 after 90 days, $750 after 180 days.
