DOUBLE TIME
rate. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Production Associate position located in Hastings, Mi. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities that support the entire production process. The successful candidate must be adaptable, proactive, and capable of responding to production needs and requirements. Associates will make product, inspect, record/ report findings, and take appropriate action as needed. This position requires good math and reading skills, strong retention abilities, learning and rotating through various work cells, ensuring flexibility and a comprehensive understanding of the process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support all aspects of production process, including computer work, product manufacturing, inspection, and packaging Operate within multiple work cells, rotating as needed to meet production demands and maintain workflow efficiency Inspect product for quality, accurately record data, and report findings in accordance with company procedures Follow standardized work instructions, safety guidelines and quality procedures at all times Maintain accurate production records and documentation sheets and on the computerSuccess Measures Safety Compliance :

Positive collaboration, communication and support of team goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong math and reading comprehension Ability to retain processes and apply knowledge across multiple production areas. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to attendance Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with others Working Conditions Manufacturing/production floor environment with exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and moderate noise levels. Requires standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods of time. May involve lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling materials (weight will vary based on role). Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, or hearing protection may be required. Temperature may vary depending on production area. Work schedule may include shifts, overtime, or weekend hours based on production demands.
