We are seeking a hands-on, motivated 3rd Shift Production Lead to support and guide production operations within a Hudsonville, MI manufacturing company. In this role, you'll lead a team, assist machine operators, perform quality inspection checks, utilize computer systems, and create labels while ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards remain high. You'll play a key role in training team members, improving processes, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
