Job Description
•1st & 2nd Shift
•Currently seeking Manufacturing Associates for a client in Jackson, MI. The ideal candidate must possess prior Manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities:
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools Test operation of machines periodically Fix issues that might occur during the shift Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws Keep records of approved and defective units or final products Maintain activity logs

MUST HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED
Must have prior Manufacturing experience Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea High attention to detail and self-motivation skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Proven Manufacturing experience required Dependable Attention to detail Reliable transportation
Schedule:
1st Shift Mon-Thurs 5:00am-3:30p $17.00/hr 2nd Shift Mon-Thurs 3:30pm-2:00am $18.00/hr
