Job Description

Job Overview The position is responsible for the facilitation of the manuals process, release of new jobs to manufacturing, Processing of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and documentation processes. Overall objectives are timely and accurate distribution of unit manuals at time of shipment, timely release of material for new work to manufacturing, and timely facilitation of ECN processes and communications. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Timely and accurate assembly of manuals.
  • Timely and accurate assembly of customer purchased manuals.
  • Complete Pre-Engineered Folders and Engineered folders.
  • Parts Sales/Service work order creation and maintenance.
  • Process Engineering Change Notices (ECN's) and Temporary Part Changes (TPC's)
  • Assist with daily bookings - process paperwork/folders turned in to Production Control.
  • Reorder internal stock assemblies.
  • Ability to manage small projects.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate with scheduler & provide schedules daily to manufacturing leads.
