Great opportunity for hands-on manufacturing experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate production equipment according to work orders, specification cards, and established procedures. Review production documentation and verify materials, tooling, and machine settings before each job. Load materials, adhesives, and tooling; adjust machine settings to ensure proper alignment, tension, speed, and product quality. Monitor machine performance throughout production, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Inspect products to verify they meet specifications, tolerances, and quality standards, retaining required first and last article samples. Complete required production records, quality inspections, and end-of-run documentation accurately. Ensure the correct materials, lot information, and production records are maintained in accordance with company procedures. Package finished products using the appropriate materials and labeling. Perform routine machine cleaning, basic preventive maintenance, and minor adjustments; report equipment issues requiring major repair. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout each shift. Collaborate with supervisors, sales, estimating, and other departments on product trials and process improvements. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity. Update production documentation, including specification cards, when approved process changes are implemented. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred Reliable and detail-oriented Must pass drug screen and background check Reliable Transportation, bus line not included
