Job Description

Production Team LeadRole DescriptionWe are seeking a mechanically and electrically skilled, detail-oriented Production Team Lead to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the precise assembly of high-frequency drive systems and related subassemblies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing or electronics assembly experience, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation.

The Production Technical Lead will play an important role in ensuring production work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining established quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble high-frequency drive systems, components, and subassemblies with precision and attention to detail.

Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and assembly instructions.

Use hand tools and power tools safely and accurately during assembly and production activities.

Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and production standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical and electrical assembly issues.

Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and assembly-related paperwork.

Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify and resolve production issues.

Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe production environment.

QualificationsProven experience in electronics assembly, electrical/mechanical manufacturing, or a related skilled trade.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions.

Mechanical and electrical aptitude with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills.

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools with precision and attention to safety.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to maintain accurate and organized production documentation.

Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic assembly and production issues.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred QualificationsExperience working with high-frequency drives, motors, spindles, or similar industrial equipment.

Experience in electronics manufacturing or industrial equipment assembly.

Familiarity with electrical testing and troubleshooting.

Previous lead or technical leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work EnvironmentHands-on manufacturing and assembly environment.

Requires frequent use of hand and power tools.

Position may require standing, moving, and working with mechanical and electrical components for extended periods.

Must follow all applicable safety and quality procedures.
