Job Description

We're looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and hard-working individual with a willingness to learn, to join our team! If you enjoy crafts and working with your hands, this job is for you. No experience required , we will train you. We are a third generation, family owned and operated business in the Lansing area since 1964. In this job you will work directly with the production manager and a small team of excellent employees to supply quality medical and work apparel to a quickly growing customer base in the Lansing Area and beyond. Plenty of opportunities for promotion and growth for the dedicated candidate.
Job responsibilities include:
Apparel Decoration and Production:
Production Scheduling:
Work with the production manager to schedule the production of embroidery and heat press orders to meet critical deadlines and customer expectations.
Production Management:
Use embroidery software to create custom name setups for embroidery. Hoop apparel, load designs, setup thread colors, and operate the embroidery machine.
Finishing:
Trim, clean, and package completed embroidery orders for pickup or delivery.
Stock Room:
Receiving:
Utilize the POS system to receive products for stock, special orders, and custom embroidery or heat press orders.
Shipping:
Package and ship completed orders with care
Ticketing and Steaming:
Ticket merchandise for stock; hang, and steam clothing for an appealing sales floor presentation.
Sales Floor:
Customer Service:
Kindly greet and welcome customers into the store. Assist with basic questions and directions to help guide them to what they need.
Showroom maintenance:
Help maintain a clean and organized showroom by clearing the fitting room, returning items to their correct locations, and organizing the sales racks for the next customer.
Sales:
Utilize the POS system to enter orders, look up inventory, and ring up customers.

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
