Shift:

$14.75 / hour ($13.75 base + $1.00 hourly attendance bonus) 2nd

Shift:

$16.13 / hour ($15.13 base with 10% premium + $1.00 hourly attendance bonus) 3rd

Shift:

$16.82 / hour ($15.82 base with 15% premium + $1.00 hourly attendance bonus)

Key Responsibilities Production Line Operations:

Pull, lift, and manage cheese blocks, curds, and ingredients safely on a fast-paced production line.

Machine Operation:

Assist with running and monitoring processing equipment, including shredders, block cutters, and packaging machinery.

Packaging & Quality Control:

Pack, wrap, label, and box finished cheese products. Inspect items to ensure they meet strict weight and quality standards.

Sanitation:

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by cleaning and sanitizing processing areas according to food safety regulations.

Teamwork:

Work cooperatively with floor managers and line team members to meet daily production quotas safely.

Position Requirements Reliability:

Must have reliable transportation to the facility and an excellent attendance record to earn your hourly bonus.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of an 8- to 12-hour shift in a fast-paced environment.

Lifting Ability:

Comfortably and repeatedly lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs (standard cheese blocks).

Environment:

Comfortable working in temperature-controlled spaces (varying between warm processing zones and cold storage).

Hiring Prerequisites:

Must be able to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Pay:

$14.75 - $16.82 per hour
