Operate specialized production equipment in areas such as Heat Treat, Plating, Collation, and Sorting Load dies, fill bowl feeders, and manage raw materials Unload, collate, and package finished parts Inspect products and maintain quality standards Identify and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime Accurately complete production paperwork and track lot numbers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For Dependable and reliable attendance Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Willingness to learn different equipment and production processes Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience is a plus Ready to Get Started?
