Summary:

The Production Worker supports Mettle Ops' manufacturing operations by performing hands-on assembly, equipment operation, and material handling tasks. This role ensures products are built to quality standards while maintaining efficiency and safety on the production floor. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and works well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, contributing directly to projects that support U.S. defense operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently. Assemble components and perform visual and dimensional inspections for quality compliance. Maintain clean, organized workstations and assist in production setup and teardown. Handle materials, packaging, labeling, and prepare finished goods for shipment. Follow production schedules and communicate any issues or delays to supervisors. Document completed work, inventory movement, and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns. Collaborate with team members to improve workflow, processes, and productivity. Adhere to company and OSHA safety standards and participate in regular safety inspections.
