The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
- Works to follow established procedures or written and verbal instructions
- Sets up spraying equipment by selecting proper nozzle and adjusting to insure uniform surface covering
- Uses accepted spraying technique to prevent over-spray and loss of paint
- Prepares surfaces by cleaning, if necessary, prior to applying coating
- Must perform all work in accordance with all safety procedures
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Critical Skills & Knowledge
- Regular attendance is essential

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Capacity to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations
- Understand fundamental flow of shop material and its problems or material handling Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
