Job Summary:

The Production/General Laborer at Cold Air Inductions Inc. plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process. This position involves a variety of tasks including production, assembly, and quality control. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, prioritize safety, and bring a positive attitude while working collaboratively as part of the team.

Job Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

Operate various machinery, including but not limited to:

Forklifts/Hi-Lo Pallet Jacks Grinders Sandblasters Press Break Machine CNC Machines Powder Coating Equipment Lasers Quality Control:

Inspect finished parts using fixtures and guidelines provided Ensure compliance with quality standards

General Housekeeping and Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed

Assembly:

Assemble components according to specifications Follow assembly instructions and guidelines

Documentation:

Complete required paperwork for each job, including but not limited to: In-process inspections Label creation Manufacturing orders

Teamwork:

Follow directions from the Operations Manager and other team members Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals High reliability for attendance and punctuality Demonstrate with readiness a coachable, positive attitude

Qualifications:

Safety Adherence to established protocols High school diploma or equivalent Basic Math Skills Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred Ability to lift and move heavy objects Strong communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment

Requirements :

Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery related to production tasks. Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
