Production Worker

Located in Niles, Michigan for more than 150 years, French Paper is a manufacturer of premium paper used in a variety of applications. French Paper is currently seeking candidates with production experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous forklift experience is preferred, but not required, as we are willing to train and certify the right candidate. The primary responsibility of this position is operating manufacturing equipment and supporting paper production operations, including material handling and forklift operation.

Qualifications:

Experience operating material handling equipment preferred Experience operating manufacturing equipment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift and move heavy materials with assistance Ability to work any shift, including: French Paper is a union facility, and shift placement is determined by seniority. 7:00 a.m.
