Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks on the manufacturing floor, including operating machinery, assembling components, inspecting finished goods, and helping to package products.

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment such as thermal forming machines, glueing machines, and other production tools.
• Perform foam cutting using machines, hand or power tools as needed.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality and conformity to specifications.
• Assemble components accurately according to work instructions and process standards.
• Package finished products with care to prevent damage during storage and shipment.
• Using a hammer to punch out the holes in the products.
• Operate a forklift as needed. Skills and Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
